TAS Expands Operations with New Facility in Bainsville, Ontario

We write to you with some exciting news! In Q2 of 2026, TAS will be opening a brand-new facility
in Bainsville, Ontario. Ideally located directly off the Trans-Canada highway near the rapidly
developing corridor of Cornwall, ON, this is the latest investment we are making in the future of
our business and to support the continued growth of our clients.

This facility will supplement our Eastern Canada warehouses in Montreal, QC, and Toronto,
ON, and allow us to further support existing clients’ growth while welcoming new clients into the
fold.
